Make the sun safer with Garnier Ambre Solaire and the european cancer leagues

As a responsible brand, Garnier is committed to prevent the risks associated with overexposure to the sun by providing sun protection products for each skin type and informing the public.

GARNIER SUPPORTS THE EUROPEAN CANCER LEAGUES

  • Since 2006, Garnier Ambre Solaire has been supporting the Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL) to help raise awareness on the dangers of excessive sun exposure and to educate the youngest on the importance of protecting their skin from sun damage.

Sun overexposure during childhood is a serious danger: it favors the appearance of melanoma at adult age. Melanoma is the most serious form of skin cancer, and it is the most frequent cancer amongst young adults. It is also the form of cancer that is currently growing the fastest.
